Update: Work on Hartmann Parking Lot Rescheduled

Earlier this week we shared plans to clean and paint the Hartmann parking lot, located near the corner of 40th Ave. NE and Sand Point Way NE. The work was expected to take place today, March 26, but due to the weather, this work is postponed to tomorrow, March 27. If the weather is inclement we will re-schedule for another day.

Work on the Hartmann parking lot

Hartmann BuildingOn Thursday, March 26, we plan to update the Hartmann parking lot, located near the corner of 40th and Sand Point Way NE. The work will include grinding, cleaning and painting of the lot surface. We anticipate that these activities will create noticeable noise, especially for residents that are in close proximity. Weekend roof repairs

Over the next couple of weekends, weather permitting, roof repair work is scheduled for our facilities located at the north side of the mid hospital campus. The work will be carried out between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, depending on conditions.

Speed bump installation

On Wednesday MPenny Drivearch 4, Seattle Children’s will install speed bumps on Penny Drive. A contractor will arrive at 8:00 a.m. and will begin the installation shortly after conducting a walk through. Two flaggers will be on-site to help direct traffic flow. Please be advised that potential traffic delays could occur on Penny Drive while the work is being carried out.

Additionally, since the speed bumps will be epoxied to the asphalt, a slight residual smell may be noticeable. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and if you have any questions or concerns please contact us through the construction pager line at 206-469-5860.
