This Saturday, Jan. 30, fencing will be installed for the Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine Unit (PBMU) play yard and porch from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. There will be some vehicle activity as trucks use the access road off NE 45th St., but overall impacts to traffic and noise will be minimal. Weekend Construction Update, Jan. 16 to Jan. 23

Over the next few weeks, the following construction projects will occur at Seattle Children’s as we continue to improve our facilities for our patients.
- Saturday, Jan. 16 and Saturday, Jan. 23 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Fencing materials will be delivered to the access road off of NE 45th St. and installed for the Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine Unit (PBMU) play yard and porch. This work will not impact traffic in the area and noise will be minimal.
- Saturday, Jan. 23 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Asphalt repair work will be completed near the River zone loading dock off Penny Drive. This work will include cutting and patching asphalt, and removing dirt using a vacuum truck. These activities will generate some noise, but there should be minimal to no impact on traffic and parking.
