This will be the last weekly update about upcoming Building Care construction activities. Work will continue within the building until spring 2022. We will continue to post to this blog whenever an activity will affect neighbors.

From Oct. 25 to Oct. 31, construction crews will continue building out interior spaces. Wood siding will be installed on the exterior of level 1 of Forest A (Friends of Costco Building) near the staff entrance when the carpenters strike is resolved.

Construction noise will be generated throughout the week. External construction activity is weather-dependent and subject to change based on conditions.

All work will take place within standard construction hours: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday, and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday.

Major construction on Building Care will conclude in October, but work will continue within the building until spring 2022. From Oct. 11 to Oct. 24, construction crews are scheduled to perform the following activities:

• Build out interior spaces on all levels
• River Entrance vestibule renovations begin (pending carpenter availability); alternative entry into River 3 will be provided adjacent to the vestibule
