Since temporarily closing Odessa Brown Clinic’s Central District location, we have continued to evaluate the situation. We are also in regular conversations with leaders at Carolyn Downs, who are our partners in the Central District building and provide care to many of our patient’s parents, guardians, and grandparents. As a next step, Odessa Brown Children’s Clinic and Carolyn Downs leaders will participate in visioning sessions to inform what is possible at the Central District location. After these sessions, we will gather feedback from families and the community to envision how we could be even stronger in the Central District.
The Central District neighborhood is Odessa Brown Children’s clinic’s history and original home. We can use this as an opportunity to see if there are new services we should provide our patients and families and new community spaces.
We are grateful to our workforce and families who have adapted to this temporary change with grace, wonderful questions and patience.
We welcome your feedback on our Central District location. Share your feedback, which helps us navigate next steps to better serve you and the Central District community we have been a part of for over 50 years.
