Due to the recent wet weather, the pavement restoration work in 40th Avenue NE being performed by Puget Sound Energy (PSE) will extend into the week of June 15. This work is occurring between Seattle Children’s Emergency Department (ED) driveways and Sand Point Way NE; it is temporarily affecting some on-street parking north of the ED driveways, but two lanes of travel are being maintained. PSE has informed us that they expect to complete the work on Monday, June 15, but since the project is weather-dependent, the weather conditions will determine exactly when the work can be completed. All pavement restoration activities will take place between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. daily.
